A "Complex Number" equation problem

How can I solve this? It's a complex number equation: 2z^5 + z^4 - 6z^2 + z + 1 = 0

Use the Rational Root Theorem and Synthetic Division toe get suppressed equations. Then solve using general forms and/or quadratic formula.
