5x-2/2+x at x =2

5x-2/2+x at x =2

It would be useful to see parenthesis in this equation.
Right now, assuming standard operation precedence, this equation is:
 
5x - (2/2)  + x  =   10 - 1 + 2 = 9
 
I'm thinking the equation hould be
(5x - 2) / (2 + x)    = (10 - 2) / (2 + 2) = 2
 
but I can't say for sure
