dS/dt = 8πr dr/dt by the chain rule.
When the diameter is 10, the radius is 5 and dS/dt = -1.
-1 = 8π(5) dr/dt
dr/dt = -1/40π
Since the diameter is twice the radius, the rate of decrease is twice this: -1/20π cm/min
