Slope-intercept form applies to a linear equation, not to this hyperbola.
As far as I know there is no slope-intercept form for this equation.
There is, however, I believe, a "standard" from for an hyperbola, but you would need to look it up in an analytic geometry book. Sorry I can't be more helpful.
