money in a bank is the set of whole numbers, non-negative integers where each integer represents the number of cents = 1/100 of a dollar. Lower bound is zero. Upper bound usually maybe a few thousand for a personal account, probably in the millions for a large business.
temperature of water in a glass is measured in Celsius with integers 0 to 100, less than 0 and it's ice which breaks the glass, more than 100 and its vapor and escapes from the glass. But for "exact" temperature the set of numbers would be all real numbers between 0 and 100
