I assume you found the slope m for 2 given points (x1,y1) and (x2,y2).
y = mx + b
Use either point to find b:
y1 = mx1 + b
or
y2 = mx2 + b
They should give the same value of b. Now what does this have to do with multiplying -3/7 times two?
