Can anyone help me with this problem.

Mixing the meat (15% protein, 20% fat, 63% water) and "fat mix":(15% water, 80% fat, 3% protein) to a mixture product with a fat content of 25%.
How much you need meat and fat mix per 80 kg of product?
Mix the meat (15% protein, 20% fat, 63% water) and "fat mix" (15% water, 80% fat, 3% protein) to a mixture (product) with a fat content of 25%. How much you need meat and fat mix per 80 kg of product?

.2(80-x) + .8(x) = .25(80)

16 - .2x + .8x = 20

.6x = 4

x = 4/.6 = 40/6 = 6 2/3 grams of fat mix combined with 73 1/3 grams of meat will yield 80 grams of 25% fat

25 is within 5 of 20

80 is within 55 of 25

55/5 = 11

6 2/3 x 11 = 66+22/3 = 66+7 1/3 = 73 1/3
