y= (2x-3)/x^2 -4x

  

   = (2x-3) / x(x-4)

 

x is not equal to 0 & 4

Domain:{ x∈R , x ≠ 0,4}

y=(2x-3) / (x²-4) = (2x-3) / [(x-2)(x+2)]

 

You will have two vertical asymptotes that are located at x = ±2.  The domain of the function would be all reals excluding these two values.
