that assumes you meant y = (sqrx) + 9

but different answer if you intended y = sqr(x+9)

as written it means the former, but it is a little ambiguous

if you meant the latter, then

domain is x greater than or equal to -9

and y is greater than or equal to 0

Sorry, I don't know interval notation, but x can = -9 all the way up to an infinite number (domain)

 

And, y can = 0, √1, √2, √3 and so on up to an infinite sq root.
