A particular moves on x-axis so that its position at time t is s(t)= (t²-t)/ t-1. at what value(s) of t the velocity is zero?

This wouldn't be integration if you have given the position function.  Velocity is the derivative of the position function and acceleration is the derivative of the velocity function. You should take the derivative of this function and set equal to 0 and you can determine the times that the velocity is 0.
