In 200cm, sam is 7sec behind Of ravi At finishing line. However, sam was 5second behind charles. If sam took 42second to complete the race how long did ravi and charles take to complete the race? Who won ?

If Avi is 7 seconds ahead of Sam, Avi finished in 42 - 7 or 35 seconds.
If Charles is 5 seconds ahead of Sam, Charles finished in 42 - 5 or 37 seconds.
