Which option do you have a better chance of winning? Probability help!

So let's say you enter a raffle in which you have 2 different ways of winning. You have 10 entries with 0.36% chance of winning each (0.36% per entry) or you can choose 6 entries with 0.49% chance of winning (0,46% per entry)? Is the question clear? I'm confused about probabilities...
