Does the probability of choosing the Apple and increase or decrease with the passage of time

If a person is offered An Apple and a orange 30 times A-day for 22 years and that person only picks the Orange every time does the  Probability of the person picking the Apple increase or decrease with a passage of time?

Depends on whether one is determining theoretical probability (which you present) or experimental probability.
In experimental probability the prior results (prior bad acts?) are used to predict the next act.
For the given scenario the orange was selected 5,781,600 times out of the 5,781,600 presentations.
Looks pretty close to certainty.
