Does the probability of choosing the Apple and increase or decrease with the passage of time

If a person is offered An Apple and a orange 30 times A-day for 22 years and that person only picks the Orange every time does the  Probability of the person picking the Apple increase or decrease with a passage of time?

The question is whether each day's choice is independent of the previous history.  If the events are independent (and who can say whether they are or not), the the probability does not change over time.  If the events are NOT independent, then the probability may change over time, but in my opinion, individual behavior cannot necessarily be predicted by means of previous behavior.
