First, we need to assume that the sections of EACH spinner are equally likely.
The easiest way to see the answer to this problem is to write a 2 way table with 1, 2, 3, 3 across the top
and 1, 2, 3 down the side. Make an addition table which has 12 entries from 2 to 7.
You can then easily see that 9 of the 12 entries are are less than 6...an that is your answer: 9/12 = 3/4 = .75
