What is the probability that Jim wins the contest?

Jim has a 40% chance of making a shot with a basketball while Janice has an 80% chance. Janice lets Jim go first. If Jim makes the shot, he wins immediately and if he misses, Janice gets her turn. The game continues until one person makes the shot. What is the probability that Jim wins the contest?
