Eukaryotes are more complex and can be single or multi-cellular organisms. Eukaryotes have membrane bound organelles while Prokaryotes typically do not. Prokaryotes do not have a membrane bound nucleus that contains the genetic material, while Eukaryotes do. Eukaryotes also have a number of different organelles depending on the type of organism. Eukaroytes can have membrane bound organelles such as mucleous, mitochondria, ribosomes, cell wall, cell membrane, etc. you can probably find a full list online of all the different structures that are found in each cell.
