Most common reasons for failing the NCLEX exam?
1.) Test anxiety
2.) Reading into the questions too deeply
3.) Poor reading comprehension and vocabulary
4.) Taking too long to answer questions that you run out of time to complete all of the questions
5.) On multiple choice questions, two of the answers are correct and the test taker must select the one that is most correct. This seems to trip up people or confuse them.
