Can't figure this out

An object is moving with a uniform acceleration a = 2ms^-2 determine the functions for:

 

a) Velocity v(ms^-1) - given v(0) = 10ms^-1

b) Displacement s(m) - given s(0) =5m

c) Calculate the values of v and s for:

t=2s

t=5s

At constant acceleration a,

 

v(t) = v(0) + at

 

s(t) = at²/2 +v(0)t + s(0)

 

It is not clear from the problem statement what v(0) and s(0) are.  But if you know v(0), s(0), a, and t, just plug the values into the 2 equations above.
