A----------M----------B
(-4,10) (2,-3) (x,y)
find the slope using points A and M
(-3-10)/(2-[-4])=-13/6
this is not absolutely necessary but it will help to check your work
use the midpoint formula
(x1+x2)/2, (y1+y2)/2
(x-4)/2, (y+10)/2
(x-4)/2=2 and (y+10)/2=-3
x-4=4, x=8
(y+10)=-6
y=-10-6
y=-16
the coordinates of point B are (8,-16)
you can find the slope using A and B, A and M, or M and B to check your work or use A and B with the midpoint formula to check your work
