this is not absolutely necessary but it will help to check your work

use the midpoint formula

(x1+x2)/2, (y1+y2)/2

(x-4)/2, (y+10)/2

(x-4)/2=2 and (y+10)/2=-3

x-4=4, x=8

(y+10)=-6

y=-10-6

y=-16

the coordinates of point B are (8,-16)
