Write an equation for point slope form, slope intercept form and standard form for a line that passes through (-2,8) with slope 8/5

I’d like to find out this question, I need help studying for a quiz, it’s a question that involves all I’ve learned.. I’m a bit rusty at this though.

Although it makes no difference, if it bothers you having the coefficient of the x term as a negative in the standard form, just multiply through by -1:
 
-8x + 5y = 56
8x - 5y = -56
 
Both are correct and equivalent
