The slope of the line x=2 is infinite or undefined. It is a vertical line. The formula may not be written in slope-intercept form: y=mx+b. it may, however, be written in Standard Form, Ax+By=C, with A=1, B=0, C=2.
The line goes through the point (8,-8), so x=8; x always = 8, for every value of y. That means that for the line x=8, y is not a function of x.
