Make up a data set that fits this description.  Maybe use about 10 numbers.  Then, graph that data in a frequency chart and see what it looks like.

 

ex.        40, 50, 60, 70, 70, 70

It's hard to see with so few data values.  You might want to add a few more.   Remember that the skew is in the direction of the tail.
