y=2/7x-1  First multiply both sides by the denominator of the fraction (slope)

7y=2x-7  Subtract 2x from both sides to get -2x+7y=-7.  To keep the coefficient of x positive, multiply both sides by -1. So the final outcome will be 2x-7y=7.
