When a point (x,y) is reflected across the line y = x, the image point is (y, x). Example: If P = (3,-1) is reflected across the line y = x, then P' = (-1,3)
When a point (x,y) is reflected across the line y = -x, the image point is (-y, -x). Example, If P=(3,-1) is reflected across y = -x, then P'=(1,-3)
