In Wyzant, this is not possible, so we must enclose the entire radicand within its own parentheses.
Assuming that this horizontal line part of a radical (it's called a vinculum) had been placed over "3y" and "2n", we therefore note that the domain limitation is n≥0, y≥0.
The request to express each as an entire radical is not worth doing (and somewhat unclear, also).
