I know how to compl the y intercept on the graph but not the first part of the question.

y = ¾•x - 4.

 

another point to find is the x-intercept, when y = 0.  I think that will be when ¾•x = 4, so x = (4/3)(4) = 16/3 = 5.333

You now have two points and the graphing is quite easy.
