P = 2L + 2w
18.4 = 2(3w+4) + 2w
18.4 = 6w + 8 + 2w
18.4 = 8w + 8
10.4 = 8w
w = 10.4/8 = 1.3
L = 3(1.3)+4 = 3.9 + 4 = 7.9
