Do you mean y(6) or y6 ? It it is the former, then
y(6) = 6cos[2(6)] = 6cos12, where 12 is in radians.
If it is the latter, then
y6 = 66cos6(2x).
Or perhaps you meant y'(6) ?
y' = -12sin2x
y'(6) = -12sin12
