f(x) = x6·h(x)
Take the derivative of f(x) wrt x using the product and power rules:
f'(x) = 6x5·h(x) + x6·h'(x)
f'(-1) = 6(-1)5·h(-1) + (-1)6·h'(-1)
Can you finish it from here?

It looks like you just made an arithmetic mistake in calculating the answer. (-1)^6 is 1, not -1. So f'(-1) = -24 + 7 = -17. You got -24 - 7 = -31
