IN SUCH CASES, MAKE A DRAWING & LABEL THE GIVENS.
From the standpoint of the 62 degree angle, tan 62 = 15/x where x is the horizontal leg length.
OR, sin 62 = 15/z, where z is the hypotenuse of the triangle.
