The first step is to use order of operations and multiply the -1 and -3. The - in front of the () is the same as -1. Now, you have -1 × -3, which = 3. When you multiply two negative numbers the result is a positive number. Now, you have -3 + 3, which = 0. When you divide zero by any number, the result is zero.
-(-3) = 3
-3 + 3 = 0
0/6 =0
