Not exactly.  Science is a rational study of the natural universe and all that is in it.  Mathematics is a science too, and may be used as a tool to calculate quantities observed in the physical universe.  Technology is the application of scientific knowledge to develop devices that meet practical needs.  For example, nuclear physics is the science that studies the structure of nuclei, subnuclear particles, and their interaction with matter.  Nuclear engineering is technology which applies the laws of nuclear physics to produce energy.
