A vote to close a debate

This was the hardest one for me, the numbers and words kept getting me tricked , I solved half of it but I am in need of help!
Please add the steps to how you got there so that I understand more!
Thank you!

A vote to close debate on a piece of legislation in the United States Senate was 57(yes) and 43(no) . However, a three-fifths majority was needed for such a motion to pass. Assuming all senators vote again and none of the 'yes' votes switch to 'no', what is the minimum number of senatores who would have to switch from 'no' to 'yes' in order for the motion to receive the necessary three-fifths majority?
