Lens, the transparent biological structure that allows light the enter in the eye and creates an image of the object visualized/seen. It is controlled by eye muscles to allow only the adequate amount of light to be entered in the eye. Exta light and brightness would hurt eye structures and therefore, lens functions properly in concert with other eye muscles.
