factorize and find the values of x please

thanks in advance and sorry for the redundancy this thing is giving me headache

-x³+5x²-18x+20=0probably it will have three values of x or answers.

The first root may be obtained by the Newton system or graphically, I did it graphically and then obtained x= 1.104.

Now dividing the polynomial by (x+1.01) we get a second degree equation which may be solved.
