a) The slope is -2 and the point (2, -3) is on the line.
b)The line passes through the points (-3, 3) and (6, 9).

If this is your kind of homework, it must be presumed that you have been taught, and can also refer to textbook or equivalent, about the Point-Slope form.  You have all the information that you need to solve problem "a."

 

For "b," use the two points to calculate the slope m, according to the definition (an formula).  Then you may use either point and that slope in Point-Slope form, again.
