What formula would I use?

100 gallon tank of coolant is 3percent concentrated.how do i figure out how many gallons of concentrate to add to achieve a concentration level of 8 percent in this 100 gallon tank.

0.03(100) + 1.00x = 0.08(100 + x)

So the left side of the equation represents the current state of the coolant and the right side presents the desired outcome? X represents concentrate and the value of 100 is the amount of fluid in the tank and the decimals are the percentages of concentration
