I need 1/3 of tomatoes than eggplant, twice as many tomatoes as zucchini and 1/2 as many bells peppers than eggplant. How many of each?

It is a question regarding tomatoes, zucchini, bell peppers and eggplant.  For each vegetable you can choose 0 - 8 for amounts.  So the question is asking how many of each vegetables would there be.

Don't know if this is a repeat as I edited my question.  But here I will try again to explain.  It is a question regarding tomatoes, zucchini, bell peppers and eggplant.  For each vegetable you can choose 0 - 8 for quantities.  So the question is asking how many of each vegetable would you have.

Thank you.

Let's choose what ratio should mix the vegetables so we have 15 pound of mix vegetable salad.

X - eggplant
Y - Tomato
Z - Zucchini
B - Bell Pepper

X + Y + Z + B = 5

Y = 1/3 X   , Y = 1/2 Z  B = 1/2 X

X + 1/3 X + 2/3 X + 1/2 X = 15

X = 6  Eggplant    Y = 6/3=2 Tomato      Z = 2/3 X =4  Zucchini   B = 1/2(6) = 3 Bell Pepper
