I have two rectangles and one is taller than the other but they have same perimeter.

 

The other measures width  10 

                              length 25

you have a 10 by 25 which has a perimeter of 70

a taller one than this would be:

11 by 24, 12 by 23, 13 by 22, 14 by 21, 15 by 20, and so on (and don't forget the decimal and fractional answers)

if the 10 by 25 is the taller of the two the shorter would be:

9 by 26, 8 by 27, 7 by 28, 6 by 29, 5 by 30, and so on (and don't forget the decimal and fractional answers)
