A cylinder box can hold a certain amount of cereal the diameter of the lid is 10 inches and the box is 10 inches tall. What is the radius of the top of the box and what is the volume of the box

V=pi*r²*h and r=1/2*d

radius=(1/2)(10)=5 inches

 

V=pi*5²*10

V=pi*25*10

V=pi*250

V=3.14159*250

Volume=785.3975 cubic inches
