help with simplifing without negative exponents

Question

Help writing in simplest form without negative exponents.  Leave response as simplified fractions.

 

 

(2/3)^-^2     (4/5)^-^1

If it is (2/3)^-2 then with positive exponent it should be (3/2)^2. 

 

Similarly (4/5)^-1 becomes (5/4)
