The answer that I provided is "14!"  It is pronounced "fourteen factorial."
 
In mathematics, the ! symbol following a positive integer means 'the product of this number and all lesser integers, until the last number is 1'.  Example: 3! means three times two times one, i.e. 6.
 
I stand by my comment implying that the problem was imperfectly written; we see far too much of this now that Common Core has crept into the mathematics curriculum.

I totally agree with you that is what I thought the answer would be but the teacher had a different answer which 24,362 not sure from where???

Here's the deal: the teacher owes it to EXPLAIN how the question's answer comes about, so that the students can understand.  That is, essentially, the job description. It MUST be discussed (and I would like to see it, too).
 
The explanation needs to include a rock-solid clear understanding of exactly what is intended, and then the method of solution.  That's how we learn.
