For this problem you can work backward using the circumference equation.  C=2 π r  (circumference = 2 * pi*radius)

Ask yourself, what do I know?   Since you have the radius and know that pi= 3.1416 you can calculate the circumference.

Plug the known numbers into the equation & then go from there!
