Presumably, s = 30 and r will be the radius, in appropriate units (not stated by you).
But you should be able to solve for r; one step of your work will be to square both sides. Carry on!

30 = 3/√r
10 = 1/√r after multiplying each side by 1/3
1/10 = √r after taking reciprocals of each side
r = 1/100 after squaring both sides, thus solving for r.
