Help me solve this radical equation.

I realize that I didn't properly type out my problem last time. If someone could help me solve this problem, that would be great. Thank you!

x-6=√(19x+36)

The square root of 36 is plus or minus 6. So it does check.

Some conflation of the concept of square root and the radical sign.
The square roots of 36 is 6 and -6.
The radical sign, √, indicates the principal or positive root.
√36 = 6 (no -6 here!).
Therefore, for the problem at hand, 0 is extraneous.
