What is the chance of being dealt 4 of a kind in a standard deck of 52 cards?

Thirteen cards are distributed evenly among 4 sets from a standard deck of cards. What is the chance of one set containing a 4 of a kind? (assume deck is completely shuffled and randomized)

Does the chance increase if you are dealt 14 cards instead of just five cards? By how much?

If you're dealt 14 cards, the probability of having at least 1 four-of-a-kind is 4.78%, so a 0.0478/0.000240 = 200x increase.
