I think the length should be 5 cm more than the width, right? Assuming that is the case, let's call the width w
then length = w+5 cm
Area of a rectangle = width*length
104 = w*(w+5)
104 = w^2 + 5w
w^2 + 5w -104 = 0 (subtracted 104 from both sides)
(w - 8)(w + 13) = 0
Can you do the rest?
