(x-4)^2/36 + (y+3)^2/4 = 1
First I found the center of the ellipse by using the midpoint formula on the endpoints of the major axis
(4, -3)
then to find the numbers under the quantities squared I found the distance from the center to the end point - on the x axis this was 6 and on the y -axis it was 2
I'm pretty sure you square those (although it has been a while since I've solved these :)
