transverse axis length of 6

conjugate axis length of 4

transverse axis parallel to y-axis

(x-7)²     (y+5)²

____  -   ____  = 1

   9             4

 

If transverse axis were horizontal. But yours is vertical, so it should be (y+5)^2 / 9 - (x-7)^2 / 4 = 1. You should be catching on to the pattern for hyperbolas & ellipses.
