I need help making an equation to solve

I need to make an equation of the above word problem.  I am having trouble doing this.  Can you please help me?

 

A glassblower can produce a set of simple glasses in about 2 hours. When the glassblower works with an apprecntice, the job takes about 1.5 hours. How long would it take the apprentice to make a set of glasses when working alone?

How much of the job can each worker do in one hour? The glassblower can do 1/2 of the job in 1 hour. Together, the glassblower and apprentice can do 1/(1.5) = 1/(3/2) = 2/3 of the job in 1 hour. We need to find how much of the job can the apprentice do in an hour. Let that quantity = t. Then we have:

 

1/t + 1/2 = 2/3
